Lead Pastor John Butcher
Lead Pastor, John Butcher is the Senior Pastor and visionary behind the TBCF mission. It has become his life goal to facilitate a loving and nurturing enviornment for people to develop a real relevant relationship with Jesus Christ.
TBCF's Executive Pastor, Kaiya Butcher, serves as our TBCF Womens team lead. Additionally, she oversees each of our ministry leads; making sure everyone has what they need to champion their ministries effectively.
Atira is the Minister of Music at TBCF, or affectionally know as M.O.M. She has committed her musical talent to cultivate and grow an atmostphere of uninhibited praise and worship each week throughout the TBCF ministries.
TBCF KIDS Director, Rio Enriquez oversees all childrens classrooms and activities ages 2-12 years old. Rio found her passion for children while working as a preschool teacher and has since chosen to use her gift of teaching to sow the faith, hope, and love of God into our children here at TBCF.
TBCF Youth and Media Directors, John (JR) and Erica Butcher, are the faces of ELEV8YM and the TBCF Production team. They facilitate an opportunity for our youth to encounter God every thursday night. Behind the scenes they can be found overseeing the Visual and Audio Productions at TBCF.
Teaching Pastor and lead Deaon, Donald Johnson, and Lead Intercessor, Racquel Johnson are the Young Adult Pastors here at The Building. They facilitate an opportunity for our young adults,ages 18-30, to encounter God.
As TBCF’s Production Director and Financial Officer, Tony and Jackie Tolbert ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes on Sunday Mornings and nurture the responsible use of TBCF funds.
Connections Pastors Charles and Rachael Hankins serve as the catalysts for community cohesion, weaving a tapestry of connections. Their role as the first point of contact for new members and servants creates a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere, fostering lasting bonds within TBCF.
